TLS Engineering LLC provides design, bidding, and construction phase electrical engineering consulting services for lighting design projects, including roadway light, site lighting, interior lighting, sport court lighting, and development street lighting.

TLS begins a lighting project by confirming the Owner's needs and preferences for the project. This involves confirming required lighting levels, light fixture style, and lighting control preference. 

The design phase starts with performing the lighting level calculations, producing photometric plans. This determines the light fixture placement and mounting height. TLS develops a design drawing set including light fixture specifications, an lighting site plan, photometrics lighting plan, a one-line diagram, and lighting details. 

When the project goes out for bids, TLS Engineering will provide bid phases services, including responding to RFIs and issuing addenda as required. 

When the project enters the construction phase, TLS will perform submittal review, respond to RFIs, perform a final site inspection, create a punch list of items for the Contractor to resolve, and complete the record drawings based on any changes to the original design drawings.
