TLS Engineering LLC was established with the purpose of providing electrical engineering consulting services for projects in the water/wastewater industry, including lift stations, batch detention ponds, stormwater pump stations, wastewater treatment plants, elevated storage tanks, water treatment plants, well stations, booster stations, and generator projects.

Thomas E. Vaughan PE, TLS Engineering’s President and CEO, brings 14 years of experience working exclusively in the water/wastewater industry. TLS’s specialization in the water/wastewater industry means that we have deep experience in this field and have seen every variety of project in this niche.

TLS provides services for all phases of the project, from the first conversations during pre-design, all the way to providing the record drawings. When the project goes out for bids, TLS Engineering will provide bid phases services, including responding to RFIs and issuing addenda as required. When the project enters the construction phase, TLS will perform submittal review, respond to RFIs, perform a final site inspection, create a punch list of items for the Contractor to resolve, and complete the record drawings based on any changes to the original design drawings.
