TLS Engineering LLC provided electrical engineering consulting services for the Barton Creek Sections K, L, and O, Water Quality Ponds A, B, and C project in Austin, Texas. 

This project involved providing electrical and controls design services for three (3) Water Quality Ponds. TLS calculated the electrical load and coordinated with the local electric utility company, Austin Energy, to design the electrical service. TLS provided a design for the Pump Control Panel, which included motor starters, overcurrent protection devices, and a level controller. Each of the three (3) ponds included two (2) pumps, which were controlled with a submersible level transducer, using floats as backup.

The control strategy followed the design criteria outlined by the Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ).
